profile : philosophy

Mechanics charging a small fortune to not fix your car, consultants who seem to have charged you extra for breathing, plumbers arriving unannounced a fortnight after they said they'd arrive... Everyone has had experiences like these, and this kind of 'service' seems to be happening with increasing frequency.

In contrast, what a lift it gives you when you encounter genuinely good service!

This is why I determined that mr office would stand out from the crowd on the basis of quality of service. The services I offer are not unique, but I am committed to making your experience of my services have a rare, positive impact on your day, not just a positive outcome for your organisation.

This is not only a recognised prerequisite to the survival of my business, it is the driving motivation behind it.

I'm a sole trader with a young family, so at the end of the day there are limits to what I can do - but I will let you know what these limits are, up front - and you will find, along with my existing clients, that what I do, I do very well.

I'm also very aware that different people have different responses to the role IT plays in today's business practices.  Regardless of whether you consider IT a necessary evil which you would prefer not to know about, or whether you're a tech-savvy enthusiastic user, any dealings you have with mr office will be characterised by an up-front, amicable approach - and mr office will demystify the solution as much or as little as you request.

You will not be subjected to the assumption that you can be 'taken for a ride' just because you've requested something that involves a computer.  At each milestone in the process of providing a solution (which may consist of a few steps or many), you will be given the opportunity to review progress, and to sign off on the work remaining.  Please see the contact : what now? section for more information on the mr office approach to business, which is designed to avoid any discrepancy between expectations and outcomes.
