Once you've made contact, mr office offers the following approach to allow you to assess whether mr office services can be of benefit to you, before you incur any expense:
I contact you, free of charge, to discuss your situation. Depending on your locality, I may offer a free onsite visit. This time could be used to demonstrate the kind of results that can be achieved. Areas of focus for improvements can also be discussed, allowing you to decide whether you would like to go to the next step with a specific request.
If so, you will receive a Customer Order Acknowledgment form for your signoff. The COA states the work you have requested, and includes a quote for the cost of doing that work.
When you sign and return the COA, work commences.
The content of the COA will obviously vary according to your situation and the nature of the service requested, as will the number and nature of the steps from this point onwards. For larger projects, more detailed proposals will be required. However, the process remains the same - you will sign off on upcoming work and the cost incurred, and you'll be invoiced when that section of work is complete.
The standard mr office rate is $75 per hour, and my services do not incur GST. Note that in many cases simple efficiency improvements can be achieved with as little as two hours' work.
