The new action screen allows you to record an individual action for a particular case, for a particular client.
The screen has two modes, and the mode in which it is displayed is dependent upon the location from which it was launched:
1.
Unknown context
- where the screen is launched from the
Action
toolbar button, and
2.
Known context
- where the screen is launched from the
New Action
button within the case management screen.
