The figure below depicts the relationships between client identities, cases, and actions. The system allows you to create as many identity records as you need. You can then create multiple cases for each/any of these identities (if they have the identity type of 'client'), and in turn, cases allow you to record multiple actions against a case. In the example here, the client has three cases: the first has two actions, the second has three actions, and the third has one action.
