Finding Cases

There are a number of ways to locate existing case records for clients:

1.Using the summary screen - any open cases are listed here and can be recalled by double clicking.  
2.Using the find an identity screen to open the client record, and then navigating to the Cases tab within the client record to view/open that client's cases.  
3.Using the find a case screen to find a case based on a keyword in the case title.  

If you opt to create a new case, the client's existing cases will also be listed in the new case screen.
