Education sessions are a record of education sessions provided by your organisation to an external service provider.
Systemic Issues are a kind of case which does not apply to one specific client, but potentially, to many, as a result of the issue's systemic nature. For example, you may wish to create a systemic issue to record the lack of availability of Occupational Therapy for DHHS mental health patients.
While only clients have cases, which in turn have actions, the relationship between clients, cases and actions is effectively the same as the relationship between service providers, their education sessions, and the associated actions. The same is true of systemic issues - a systemic issue is simply a case that doesn't have a client, but against which actions can be recorded.
Both education sessions and systemic issues are created in the same 'wizard' fashion as cases. The records can then be opened for editing, and for adding actions.
Systemic Issues can be created from the Case toolbar button's drop-down button:
Education records can also be created from this drop-down menu, or from the Education toolbar button.
