Using the Case Management Screen

If you already have a case record open, you can use the case management screen to add actions for that case.

This is achieved from the Case Actions tab within the case management screen:

Once the Case Actions tab has been selected, the New Action button is available:

Clicking the New Action button launches the new action screen in Known Context mode, which recognises the context from which it has been launched - that is, the case details are already completed.
